Resident Assistants (RAs)

RAs are current SMU students that live on the floors with the residents. They work as part of a staff team in order to build a positive community experience for CM residents.  RAs are the first point of contact for residents who have questions, concerns, or just want to see a friendly face. RAs plan programs, serve on a nightly on-call rotation, respond to issues, and build relationships with their residents. They report directly to the RCD of Cockrell-McIntosh.
